In the event you forget to state the customer code, you should call our cool line – 0117-677100 immediately and provide proof of your payment to update our records

Payment made without the customer code shall not be updated and American Premium Water shall not take responsibility of any outstanding.



Commercial Bank Internet Banking

Commercial Bank online banking customers can now conveniently make payments to American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd through the "Payments & Settlements" option.

Commercial Bank has improved on its user experience, Thus you do not require to type the ‘Customer code’ every time you make a payment via the Combank "Payments & Settlements" option. Simply register your ‘Customer Code’ initially by following the steps stated hereunder.

After you have registered the ‘Customer Code’ (Billing Account), follow the instructions given below to make your payments Online.


Path to make the Payment

  • Log in to Commercial Bank Online Portal.(www.commercialbk.com/online)
  • Select "Payments & Settlements" option and click the "Bill Payments" from the drop down list.
  • Payment Category - "Other"
  • Bank Account - Preferred Account number to be debited for payment
  • Service Provider- "American Premium Water Systems Pvt Ltd"
  • Billing Account - The pre registered Customer Code will appear in the Drop Down. Online User has to only select it
  • Payment Amount - Type the Amount to be paid (To pay "Rs 10/=" either enter 10 or 10.00)
  • Payment Effective Date - Combank Online Banking Users are given a Special option to place a standing order for a future date or the date can be edited.

Payment Confirmation and Reconciliation
  1. Customer will receive a confirmation after the payment is successful.
  2. Customer also has an option to view and reconcile previous payments mode via Online Banking by selecting Bill Payments - Online Payment History (Please refer the Image described below)

Path to make the Payment
  • Log in to Commercial Bank Mobile Application
  • Go to the Menu at the Upper Left corner
  • Select the "Payments & Settlements" option and click the "Bill Payments" from the drop down list
  • Payment Category - "Other"
  • Service Provider- "American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd"
  • Select ComBank Account - Preferred Account number to be debited for payment
  • Select Billing Account - The pre-registered Customer Code will appear in the Drop Down. Online User has to only select it
  • Payment Effective Date - Combank Online Banking Users are given a Special option to place a standing order for a future date or the date can be edited
  • Payment Amount - Type the Amount to be paid (In order to make a payment of Ten Rupees, either enter Rs. 10 or Rs .10.00)
  • Submit in order to proceed


Commercial Bank Walk-in (Cash/ Cheque)

  1. Walk in to any branch of commercial bank
  2. State your the bank deposit slip
    • Remember you should mention your relevant ‘Customer Code’ and ‘Customer Name’ on the bank slip
    • Payment should be made to Account number 001-415-970-501
    • Beneficiary’s name – American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd
  3. In the event you forget to mention the customer code,
    • You should call our Cool line – 0117-677100 immediately and provide proof of payment (scanned bank slip) to update our records
    • You should immediately email us on info@americanwater.lk and provide proof of payment (scanned bank slip) to update our records
  4. Payments made without the customer number will not be updated to our records without proof and American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd will not take the responsibility of outstanding



1. Customer Code Self Registration Option

1 Log in to Commercial Bank Online Portal. (www.commercialbk.com)


2 Select "Payments & Settlements" option and click the "Bill Payments" from the drop down list.


3 Select the "Self Registration" Option.


4 Payment Category - "Other"


5 Service Provider- "American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd"


6 Billing Account Number - Customer Code (Reference Number) given to you by American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd


7 Billing Name - Enter the Name of the person making the payment.


8 My Reference - You can add a brief description of the payment, which will appear on your


9 Account Statement for your future reference.


After registration is completed, you will have a dropdown with your customer code/s, enabling you to conveniently select the relevant customer code/s when making payment via the "Payments & Settlements" option.


2. Message to Bank Customer Code Registration Option

1Log in to Commercial Bank Online Portal (www.commercialbk.com)


2 Select "Payments & Settlements" option and click the "Bill Payments" from the drop down list.


3 Select Branch - Digital Banking Centre.


4 Subject - Bill Registration.


5 Message - State the Name of Beneficiary as American Premium Water Systems (Pvt) Ltd and the Billing Account Number (Customer Code) and Send.


Commercial Bank’s Digital Banking Unit will attend to the message and the Customer Code (Billing Account Number) will be registered, under the customers User ID.
