We're looking for a results-driven professional to identify and develop new business opportunities within SME and household segments, while converting leads into active customers to support sustained growth.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition and providing attentive support during the first six months of the customer lifecycle. You will focus on building strong, long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, while also contributing to exhibitions, activations, and promotional events to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.

Requirement

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or Business Development from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in Sales and Marketing an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
• Having a motorbike with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• A good team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
